Our Story
JanaCakes started as a kitchen experiment and grew into Hallsville's gathering place for people who believe a good cake is worth waiting for.
We source our butter from regional dairies, our coffee from roasters who share our standards, and our recipes from a tradition that predates shortcuts. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is artificial.
Whether you stop in for a morning coffee and a croissant or place a custom order for a milestone moment, we treat every visit the same way — like you're a guest in our home.
